We are seeking a **Systems Support Specialist** with a strong background as a **successful turnaround principal**. This role is designed for a proven school leader who can partner with schools to drive sustainable improvement.

The Systems Support Specialist will work directly with school leadership teams to **analyze data**, **design and strengthen systems of support**, and provide **instructional coaching**. The position also focuses on building and supporting **high-functioning collaborative teams** that improve teaching and learning outcomes for all students.

A great morning of learning and fellowship at the SAU ERZ Advisory Council Meeting. Dr. Matthew Sutherlin updated participants about licensure updates.
