The Systems Support Specialist will work directly with school leadership teams to **analyze data**, **design and strengthen systems of support**, and provide **instructional coaching**. The position also focuses on building and supporting **high-functioning collaborative teams** that improve teaching and learning outcomes for all students.

The CLASS Pre-K Observer training scheduled at SCSC, beginning tomorrow, will be postponed. Please check your email for updates.
Walker-Magnolia ABC educators (pictured) recently completed the Arkansas CLASS Pilot phase as every classroom has participated in an observation. Arkansas is using the CLASS tool to measure teacher-child interactions. This is important because quality interactions build the young brain's architecture, forming the foundation for all future learning.
Other ABC classrooms have completed the pilot phase as well, including: Camden Fairview ABC, Ouachita Enrichment ABC, Smackover/Norphlet ABC, Hampton ABC, Harmony Grove ABC, Parkers Chapel ABC, Retta Brown ABC. All publicly funded classroom are participating in the pilot. The pilot will continue until May as we transition out of the pilot to full implementation.
