With the implementation of the LEARNS Act and the new Arkansas School Report Card, schools are strengthening Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs to meet evolving expectations. This professional development session equips counselors and administrators with practical strategies to enhance career pathway instruction, build and align Student Success Plans (SSPs), integrate advanced academics into CTE pathways, and ensure programs meet size, scope, and quality standards.
