Congratulations to Clair Antoon-Newton from El Dorado High School. She has been selected as the Arkansas Rural Education Association Teacher of the Year for the South Region. Clair will be honored at a ceremony in July and presented with a Crystal Apple Award as well as $1,000 check from the Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas.
