The Southeast Arkansas Education Service Cooperative is now accepting applications for a Fiscal Services Coordinator for the Office of Coordinated Support and Service.
● Minimum of 5 years in Arkansas Public School Finance or acceptable equivalent experience. ● Current CASBO Certification Skills Required ● Demonstrates innovative leadership skills ● In-depth knowledge of systems best practices to fiscal operations and human capital management ● In-depth knowledge of eFinance ● Demonstrates ability to develop and support leadership capacity at multiple levels of a district business office. ● Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and oral communication skills. Reports to and will be evaluated by ● State Superintendent for the Office of Coordinated Support and Service Job Responsibilities ● Fulfill the duties of the Fiscal Services Coordinator as directed by the State Superintendent ● Collaborate with the Arkansas Department of Education to coordinate support and service to identified districts. ● Provide leadership in building capacity and sustainability among Arkansas districts. ● Provide support and service to district leaders through up to date information to district superintendents and business managers. ● Assist district personnel in creating and maintaining a strategic plan for reallocating resources to meet academic standards, fiscal, and facility needs. ● Provide reports to the State Superintendent, Commissioner of Education of the Arkansas Department of Education and the State Board of Education. ● Seek to be efficient and effective with resources. ● Assist identified districts with building capacity in essential function and duties of a Certified School Business Official ● Support the identified districts with budget development. ● Support the identified district in development of written fiscal policies and procedures.
Salary Based on 240 Contract Days Successful applicants must pass local, state and federal criminal background checks, as well as a child maltreatment registry check.
