A former high school English teacher, middle school principal, assistant superintendent, teacher center coordinator/assistant director, Marsha Daniels is now director of South Central Service Cooperative. She has served as director from July 1, 2005, to the current date.  During her 40 years of service in public school education, Mrs. Daniels also administered federal programs for 12-15 school districts in southeast Arkansas; she supported numerous school districts in the Southeast and South Central Co-op areas by directly providing professional training on topics that include curriculum development, classroom management, instructional strategies, etc.  Professionally, technology is her passion.


Marsha Daniels completed three degrees at Southern Arkansas University, an AA degree in secretarial science, a BSE degree in business education with a minor in English, and a Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in K-12 literacy.  Mrs. Daniels holds a valid Arkansas teaching license and is credentialed in the following areas:  7-12 Business Education, 5-8 English, 7-12 English, 4-8 Business Technology, PK-12 Reading Specialist, PK-12 District Administrator, K-9 Elementary Principal, 5-12 Secondary Principal, and K-12 Curriculum Specialist.


On a personal note, Marsha Daniels is married and has one son, who is an assistant prosecutor.  She has five grandchildren, 4 granddaughters, 1 grandson, and two miniature dachshunds, Turbo and Tinker Bell.  Mrs. Daniels is an active member of Grace Baptist Church where she teachers a mixed couples’ Sunday school class.  She loves to travel, tent camp, horseback ride, and spend lots of time in nature with her family.
