Arkansas’ Dyslexia Law  On July 15, 2016, the Arkansas State Board of Education gave final approval to the Arkansas Department of Education Rules Governing “How to Meet the Needs of Children with Dyslexia”.  These rules were effective October 3, 2016.  A copy of the rules may be accessed here: http://www.arkansased.gov/public/userfiles/rules/Current/2016/FINAL_RULES_How_to_Meet_the_Needsof_Children_with_Dyslexia.pdf
